maple and walnut granola
100g walnuts
80g almonds
100g sesame seeds
100g golden linseeds
100g sunflower seeds
100g pumpkin seeds
100g coconut chips
40g raw coconut oil, melted
60ml maple syrup
2 good pinches pink himalayan salt
2-3 tbsp currants (optional)
2-3 tbsp raisins (optional)
Preheat oven to 150C/302F
Place all ingredients except the currants and raisins into a large mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Spread granola (single layer) onto a large baking tray. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway.
Allow to cool completely before stirring through the currants and raisins. Store in an airtight container. Will keep up to 4 weeks. Enjoy!
