strawberry smoothie bowl
1-2 handfuls strawberries, frozen/fresh
1 large banana, frozen
2 tbsp toasted coconut chips
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp plantbased protein powder (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract/or paste
250ml almond milk/or any plantbased milk of your choice
toppings
fresh fruit
nuts and seeds
chocolate
nut/seed butters
maple syrup
To make the smoothie place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a serving bowl and add your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
